Prerequisite: CHEM406 with a grade of C or better. This course continues the discussion of biochemical processes begun in Chemistry 406. Topics include the metabolism of lipids, amino acids, and nucleotides. The flow of biological information by replication, transcription, and translation of nucleic acids will be covered.
