MATH255/Lecture/01 - Calculus I | Credits 3.00
Prerequisite: Eligibility determined by placement. Basic differential calculus for functions of a single variable. Limits; indeterminate forms and L’Hôpital’s Rule; continuity; computation of derivatives of algebraic, trigonometric, exponential, and logarithmic functions; applications of differentiation. Automatically applies toward Honors Core requirement. Formerly listed as MATH 251, students may not use MATH255 as a repeat for MATH251 to affect the cumulative GPA. Credit cannot be earned for use toward degree completion for both MATH251 and MATH255.
