Prerequisite: BIOL322, CHEM105, CHEM106, CHEM115, and CHEM116. Advanced consideration of processes and topics in cell biology including organogenesis, metabolism, and development. The laboratory will focus on the isolation, characterization, and experimental manipulation of DNA from bacteria and eukaryotes.
